This article reflects on the role of the consistent interpretation of national law to EU law in the case-law of the Italian Constitutional Court. In particular, it analyses the scope of application of this remedy, aimed at guaranteeing the application of EU law, as defined both in the previous “Granital system” and in the recent evolution of constitutional case-law.
