The evolution of EU Agencies’ Boards of Appeal and the future of the EU system of Judicial Protection”, qui a eu lieu à l’Université de Ferrare le 8-9 février 2024, en tant que moment conclusif du Module Jean Monnet “EU Specialized Judicial Protection” du Prof. Jacopo Alberti. Plus précisément, cet article sera inclus dans la seconde section de l’œuvre, qui reconstruit les débats développés de la roundtable “Boards of Appeal, standard of review and the right to an effective judicial protection”.
